For Four days in December 2004 I hunted with Fur and Feathers Outfitters in Eufaula, Alabama. It was a memorable time because everything was done to make the hunt as enjoyable, comfortable and productive as possible. The accommodations in the lodge are convenient and comfortable. If one does not feel "at home" here it is their own fault. The meals are delicious and it is easy to add a few pounds if one is not careful. Much work has been don to insure a good hunt. Numerous food plots are maintained. They are conveniently and strategically located so that opportunities for success are high. Numerous hardwood bottoms exist with excellent deer habitat. Hunters are transported to and from hunting locations and guides offer not only advice but assist hunters in comfortably settling into stands, blinds and boxes. Safety is always a priority. In summary everything is done by the owners and guides to insure hunters a successful and enjoyable experience. "Fur and Feathers" is a jewel for hunters not to be overlooked.

I have hunted at many places across the country. I feel that "Fur and Feathers Outfitters" is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff have all their ducks in a row, excellent stands on great food plots and the use of a radio is a plus thru & thru. in 4 days I saw 4 bucks, not all shooters, but my guides efforts gave me the opportunity to harvest a deer. The meals were outstanding. Looking forward to another hunt next year.

Fabulous!!! As an Outdoor Host of TV I have hunted several lodges in Alabama. The hospitality received here was unbelievable. Be prepared to gain some weight from the fabulous cooking. The land here is unique for S. Alabama. Plenty of hardwoods, great game plots, lots of deer. I am pleased that I harvested my first Buck via Bow & Arrow. The staff are great hosts, guides & people in general. Would recommend it to anyone!!!
