Spring Gobbler Hunts

Our Spring Gobbler season starts in March. Make your reservations early as we fill up fast. This is truly one of the most awesome hunts you will go on. On your spring gobbler hunt you will be flirting with Ol' Tom Gobbler, with or without a guide; using decoys at times and bringing him into gun range for you. As you sit in your blind the suspense will be thick enough to cut with a knife and your heart will be pounding your chest. Your day will start approximately 5:00 am, beginning with a continental breakfast. You will then be taken to your hunting area. If you wish, you will be picked up by late morning to have lunch at the lodge, returning to your hunting location at 2:30pm. Or by choice, a bag lunch will be provided at your hunting location. Your guide will pick you up at dusk, returning to the lodge for dinner. If you choose to hunt without a guide you will be issued a radio so you will be in contact with a guide at all times if you need assistance. So relax and enjoy your hunt. It's a great time to be in the woods, but when isn't it? Guides for Turkey hunts are provided at an additional cost, contact us for details.
